Salesforce Solution Architect

You will lead architecture and delivery for Salesforce and AI-enabled service experiences, defining the technical blueprint for integrations, next-gen agent desktop experiences, and automation frameworks. You will have a direct impact on improving agent efficiency and customer outcomes by combining deep platform knowledge with practical AI/ML application in service scenarios.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of business solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities and enterprise architecture standards.
• Define the technical blueprint for integrating AI solutions (e.g., Agentforce) with existing Salesforce orgs and external systems, including authentication, data synchronization, and error handling.
• Architect AI-driven solutions to streamline agent workflows and automate service processes such as routing, recommendations, and knowledge surfacing.
• Design next-gen agent desktop experiences for hyper-efficient case resolution and personalized customer engagement.
• Define and enforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, streaming/event-driven architectures, platform events), validating scalability and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership during large-scale Salesforce deployments involving AI capabilities, driving implementation best practices and design reviews.
• Establish architecture artifacts including solution diagrams, data models, sequence diagrams, and operational documentation.
• Own platform governance considerations: data privacy, role-based access, compliance, and change-control processes.
• Mentor engineers and administrators, delivering training and knowledge transfer materials for ongoing operations.

Your Skills and Experiences:

• Solid, production-proven experience (10+ years) in Salesforce architecture, development, or platform engineering, with proven experience leading technical delivery.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce architecture, and Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative platform features.
• Strong integration experience with REST and SOAP APIs, middleware patterns, and event-driven architectures (Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Streaming APIs).
• Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions that enhance agent workflows, such as recommendation engines, NLP for knowledge surfacing, and sentiment analysis.
• Knowledge of Data Cloud, Customer Data Platform (CDP) patterns, and using data to drive agent insights and personalization.
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce deployments, including org strategy, packaging approaches, and multi-org integration.
• Familiarity with DevOps for Salesforce, including CI/CD, metadata-driven deployments, and automated testing.
• Experience with AWS or another cloud provider, and building/integrating agentic framework solutions with business applications.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with an autonomous and problem-solving mindset.
