MLOps / Backend Engineer

In this role, you will turn AI prototypes into scalable, secure, and production-ready enterprise applications. As the number of active AI agents grows, you will build and maintain a stable, high-performance platform. You will own CI/CD pipelines, LLM observability, cloud infrastructure, and security, ensuring that smart applications remain fast, reliable, and cost-effective in production.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Transform AI prototypes and agent logic into production-ready, resilient, and scalable backend applications
- Architect, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using Azure DevOps, Docker, and Azure App Service
- Implement comprehensive LLM observability, logging, alerting, and cost/quota management frameworks for live production agents
- Enforce cloud security, access control, and strict data protection policies across Azure infrastructure and container registries
- Manage operational risk and platform health, ensuring smooth system performance as the volume of parallel running agents increases
- Collaborate closely with the AI Solution Architect and engineering squad to streamline the handoff of PoCs into stable production releases.
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Solid professional background in software development, DevOps, or backend engineering, with hands-on experience deploying AI/ML systems to cloud environments
- Deep proficiency in Python, Streamlit, Docker, and Azure cloud deployment services (Azure App Service, Azure Container Registry, Azure AI Foundry)
- Strong practical experience building CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps
- A reliability-focused mindset with a passionate approach to uptime, monitoring, system resilience, and proactive incident communication#
- High degree of autonomy, pragmatic problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
