As our Global Webmaster, you will take ownership of our corporate website and help shape our global digital presence. You will be responsible for keeping the website reliable, up to date, on-brand, and continuously improving. Working closely with global marketing teams and IT, you will combine hands-on CMS management with web optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and project coordination.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously develop our global corporate website, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and up-to-date content.
- Manage website content, page structures, templates, and publishing workflows within the CMS.
- Act as the key user and first point of contact for regional and local marketing teams worldwide.
- Support and train colleagues in using the CMS and following web guidelines and best practices.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear and actionable tasks.
- Work closely with IT and external partners on website improvements, technical issues, and new functionalities.
- Create, prioritize, and track tickets for bugs, enhancements, and new features.
- Contribute to the website roadmap and coordinate the implementation of website developments.
- Monitor website performance, usability, and content quality, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Use web analytics, user feedback, and data to optimize the digital experience.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and global web governance standards.
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Webmaster, Web Manager, Website Manager, or Digital Marketing Specialist, ideally in an international organization.
- Several years of hands-on experience working with a CMS, preferably Crownpeak, FirstSpirit, or a comparable enterprise content management system.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Good understanding of website management, content structures, and digital user experience.
- Knowledge of SEO, web analytics such as Google Analytics, and website performance optimization.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and ticketing/project management tools such as Jira.
- Background in digital marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with e-commerce or webshop platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
